Required Skills: should have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage trackers and data accurately. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for interacting with stakeholders. Organizational skills to multitask and prioritize effectively are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets with basic formulas, is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for HR and People Operations. Prior exposure to HR, operations, or event coordination is an added advantage.
