Position: Customer Support Intern

Location: Vijayawada

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to articulate clearly with customers and ensure ease of understanding. Problem-solving abilities to efficiently address and resolve client issues and challenges during interactions. Patience and empathy are crucial to handling customer queries and complaints with understanding and compassion. Attention to detail is necessary to carefully analyze and address customer needs accurately without missing critical information. Ability to multitask, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain productivity under pressure. Technical troubleshooting skills to understand and resolve client issues with our software and IT services. Knowledge of customer service principles to provide superior service and contribute to customer satisfaction. Adaptability and flexibility to quickly adjust to changing customer demands and technology environments.
